Ingredients
1 pound center cut salmon, skinned and cut into 1 inch pieces. 2 Tablespoons butter melted.
2 teaspoons of Slammin Salmon Sweet Seasoning
2 tablespoons of Pineapple Habanero Jam (or your favorite flavor)
1 lemon juiced
Chopped chives for garnish
Step 1
Position oven rack 6 inches from the heart source, preheat broiler.
Mix butter and Slammin Salmon Sweet seasoning and toss salmon to coat, Arrange pieces on a rimmed baking sheet.
Do not crowd the salmon pieces.
Broil until lightly browned, 6-7 minutes
Step 2
Wisk the lemon juice with your favorite flavor of That Dam Jam
Step 3
Remove Salmon from the oven and brush with lemon TDJ mixture. Broil for 2 minutes more.
Transfer to a platter and garnish with chives.
